“What I Learned This Summer at ILTA’06”

Calling all techies who missed the festivities in Orlando:

"ILTA’s educational scheme is divided into tracks, and one of the most popular this year was the Litigation Support Peer Group Track. I attended many of these sessions both Monday and Tuesday to hear how other firms are dealing with electronic discovery and litigation response plans. The new civil procedure rules were a hot topic in every session, and speculation went in several different directions as to how litigation support departments were going to evolve to respond to these new procedures."
