Law firm acknowledges paralegals’ contribution on huge merger — smart thing to do!
As reported by The New York Times, The Daily Deal and other media outlets, on July 31 Paul, Weiss client Time Warner Inc. and its cable subsidiary, Time Warner Cable Inc., and Comcast Corporation announced that they completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of bankrupt cable operator Adelphia Communications for approximately $12.5 billion in cash and 16 percent of Time Warner Cable stock.

The Paul, Weiss team consisted of partners Mitchell Berg, Mark Bergman…[&] paralegals Carolyn Carlsen, Brooke Filler, Mariko Foster, Kat Harp, Charlene Kwan, Joe Monzione, Brooke Spiegel, Maurice Tatnall, Gita Tiku and Amanda Walker…."
Too bad the firm doesn’t also include bios/profiles for its paralegals.
